PRODUCT BUNDLES GENERAL INFORMATION
We’ve got a massive line of training materials to help you develop skills in your team, hone your own abilities, and create a business system that cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
Due to some boring technical limitations of our store, you will see a handful of bundles that can’t be purchased through a search listing or category directory. You will have to go to the actual product listing, and, on purchasing, you will see it show up in your cart as an assortment of other products.
BUNDLE ORGANIZATION
BY PHASE (PRIMARY)
Our main organization theme is by the phases of our Continuous Improvement Development System. You’ll see Module Core Packs, which contain the basic building blocks of our training modules. This includes PowerPoint, Student Guides, Module Exercises, Quizzes, Forms & Tools, tutorials, and PDFs.
We also offer audio packs, practical lesson packs, and reference packs for our phases. The reference packs have some duplication to them. Forms & Tools and PDFs that are assigned to a module will show up in the module pack as well as the reference pack. The reverse is not true. Unassigned materials (not in a specific module) will only be in the reference packs.
BY COMPONENT (SECONDARY)
Some people don’t want all of the contents of our core module packs. They might want only PowerPoint presentations, for example. We’ve split out these individual components into separate packs. Unlike the reference packs, all component pack contents are assigned to modules.
Physical Products
Physical products such as lego training packages, posters, and the like are bound by typical copyright laws.
Corporate Licenses
1. This material is licensed only. No ownership of content is transferred.
2. The purchaser may only use training material with corporate licenses in a single corporate reporting entity. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting divisions or subsidiaries of larger organizations. A good rule of thumb is that one license is required for each president in the organization. Standard corporate licenses limited to organizations with 20,000 or fewer people.
3. This training material may be modified to suit the needs of the purchaser, unless in PDF format. The original training material or its derivative works may not, however, be sold or otherwise distributed outside the purchasing company.
4. This license may not be transferred.
5. Materials with corporate licenses are intended for use by a single organization to train its own employees, or people with whom they regularly do business, such as members of its supply chain or other vendors.
a) It is not intended for third-party training, such as, but not limited to, training conducted by consultants or corporate trainers.
b) The material in this presentation or its derivative works may not be sold by any party except Velaction, LLC.
c) No compensation may be received for the use of the material for training purposes or for any other reasons.
6. If any part of this license is not enforceable, the other provisions remain intact.
7. PDF files may not be edited or altered from their original form.
8. For security purposes, download links through Velactionstore.com are available for 4 weeks and are limited to 5 downloads per title. Please download your files shortly after purchasing. If you want extended access to your licensed content, please consider our subscription service through our Velaction Videos platform. You will also get access to an upgrades and any additional content that is be added to your package while your subscription is active.
9. Materials with individual licenses may not be shared or transferred in any way. They may only be used by the person obtaining it from Velaction.
VIDEOS
Videos are bound by the terms of the platform they are distributed on. You may not copy videos from any streaming service.
If you purchased a video license as a download in the past, you are bound by the terms of the license at the time of download. A universal restriction for all video download corporate licenses is no sharing outside of the company it was licensed to. Corporate licenses are not transferrable.
DVDs
DVDs follow typical rules for DVDs. You may not broadcast the content. You may not play the videos for large audiences. You may not rent out the videos.
