What is your refund or exchange policy?

In general, we have a 30 day refund policy. Contact us for instructions on how to handle the refund.

Note that if you have purchased a digital product, you will have to confirm that all copies of the files have been deleted.

Subscription services are non-refundable.

DVDs are not returnable, if opened.

Can I place a purchase order?

Our online pricing is discounted from our manual ordering process prices by 20%. In addition, we will only accept purchase orders for orders over $200. Orders are pay in advance. We will accomodate net 30 terms for an additional 10% fee, pending a customer review. Not all customers will be approved for extended payment terms.

Because we are a small company an want to focus as much as possible on content creation, we discourage any processes that create additional steps and paperwork.
