Velaction Continuous Improvement LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@velaction.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Velaction Continuous Improvement LLC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Guarantee / Returns

We believe in the quality of our products, and want you to be completely satisfied

If you are not 100% delighted with any of the products you purchased through Velaction.com, please let us know within 30 days and we will issue a refund. We'll just ask you to confirm that you have deleted the files from your systems and we will give you instructions on how to return physical products.

Please note that we do refund outbound domestic (U.S.) shipping and shipping to Canada at parcel post rates. We do not refund other international shipping, or any form of expedited shipping.

Please be aware that we sell many products through Amazon.com and their third party sellers. Amazon's terms of service and legendary return policies apply to those products.

Please allow up to four weeks for your return to be processed (though we typically are able to process them much, much sooner.)

Purchase Orders

Our online pricing is discounted from our manual ordering process prices by 20%. In addition, we will only accept purchase orders for orders over $200. Orders are pay in advance. We will accomodate net 30 terms for an additional 10% fee, pending a customer review. Not all customers will be approved for extended payment terms.

Because we are a small company an want to focus as much as possible on content creation, we discourage any processes that create additional steps and paperwork.
